We are building a licensed payment gateway specifically designed for SMEs operating in Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC region. Our solution bridges the gap between traditional banking infrastructure and modern commerce needs. The Problem: Saudi SMEs currently pay 2.8–4.5% transaction fees with settlement delays of 3–7 business days. Our gateway cuts fees to 1.2% with same-day settlement, leveraging SAMA's open banking framework. Traction: • LOIs signed with 14 pilot merchants across Riyadh and Jeddah • SAMA sandbox license application submitted — approval expected Q3 2025 • Full payment processing infrastructure built and penetration-tested • Native integrations with 6 major Saudi banks complete • Founding team has processed over $2B in payments at prior roles What We Need: We are seeking $500K seed funding to complete regulatory licensing, hire 3 engineers, and onboard our first 100 paying merchants. We are also actively seeking a technical co-founder with fintech or payments infrastructure experience.
