Omar Al-Sayed is one of the MENA region's most respected M&A deal advisors, with over 14 years of transaction experience across Egypt, the GCC, and North Africa. He has personally advised on or led 62+ transactions totaling over $1.8B in deal value. Having started his career at PwC Transaction Services in Cairo and later joining Citigroup's MENA investment banking division, Omar brings deep technical expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and cross-border deal structuring. He established his boutique advisory firm in 2016 to serve mid-market clients who require institutional-grade advisory at a private-client level. Omar specializes in family business succession deals, cross-border acquisitions, and private equity entry/exit transactions.
