Introducing Enhanced Verification: What It Means for Buyers and Sellers

Trust is the foundation of every successful deal. Since our founding, AUI Club has maintained a rigorous manual review process for every listing on the platform. Today, we are formalizing and significantly expanding that process with the introduction of our three-tier Enhanced Verification system.
What Is Enhanced Verification?
Our new system has three tiers:
Tier 1 — Identity Verified: The listing owner's identity has been confirmed through government-issued ID matching and third-party KYC checks. This is the baseline for all active listings.
Tier 2 — Business Verified: For business listings, this means company registration has been confirmed, ownership claims have been cross-referenced with official records, and the business has passed our operational reality check.
Tier 3 — Financials Verified: Our most rigorous tier. Financial claims in the listing have been validated against actual bank statements, tax filings, or audited financial statements provided confidentially to our verification team.
What This Means for Buyers
You can now quickly identify listings at each tier, allowing you to calibrate your due diligence effort accordingly. Tier 3 verified listings come with a significantly higher confidence baseline — though they do not replace your own due diligence process.
What This Means for Sellers
Sellers who achieve Tier 2 or Tier 3 verification will see meaningfully higher inquiry rates — our data shows verified listings receive 3x more qualified contact requests. The verification process is handled discreetly and your confidential documents are never shared with any party without your explicit consent.
